In resealable plastic bag, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, orange peel, garlic, five-spice powder and oil. Add steaks, turning to coat with marinade. Seal bag; refrigerate, turning occasionally, 2 to 4 hours.
Prepare grill for direct high heat, positioning gratek 5 to 6 inches from heat source.
Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Lightly oil grill grate. Cover; grill steaks, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Cover; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
